We started with a theme, concept and visual image of how the bookstore would look...
Our advertising associate then came up with the graphics...
And we incorporated the new graphics into the design...
Inside we customised all its shelving for stationery and books to fit with its one of a kind, concept...
Shelving for stationary and small items designed as such...
Ready to be used to display...
Shelving for books...
Even shelving for magazines...
Overlooking out into the main Mall area...
The overall design view...
Here it is, for real...
Come see it at the HPA International Centre, Lot 1065, Phase 19, Laman Seri Business Park, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam.
Designing client retail outlet concepts through innovative and practical designs.
Halal Mall in Shah Alam - The Pavilion
The first of its kind, a mall with all halal products, produce, with some distributed through a local multi level marketing company called HPA. The Client recently bought this 12 storey building at Section 13, Shah Alam, and FZLD was engaged to design and manage the creation of this new Mall solely to sell their products to their over 600,000 members, as well as serve as a retail outlet.
The main feature of the Mall is the Pavilion, which not only provides shelving and storage for the main products of HPA -- jawi medicinal herbs and Muslimah cosmetics and skincare, solely owned and manufactured by HPA. The Pavilion also is a gallery which provides information regarding traditional medicine and the uses for herbs for personal health and well being.
The design of the Pavilion...
This is the overall view of the design of the Pavilion to be situation at the main entrance of the Mall to showcase the main products of HPA.
The middle section would serve as an information counter as well as a consultancy desk, to provide advice regarding the products and its use.
The left side of the information counter provides shelving for herbal products as well as a gallery regarding the synergy of herbs with individual well being, inside the dome area.
The right side of the information counter provides shelving for cosmetics and skincare, manufactured by HPA to ensure that halal ingredients are only used in their products.
Another view of the Pavilion showing the information counter and a display panel for all the logos of HPA products to be displayed.
Here's is where it all began...
