F&B Koffee by Don Cortez
"Koffee Don Cortez" is what it is going to be called... bringing in coffee from Italy along with a fusion selection of eats on its menu. We designed it to be open yet a great place to hang out and socialize with office mates after a hard days work with a good cup of coffee and yummy bites to tie one over before heading out into the traffic jam going home.

F&B Car's Kitchen @ Sunway Industial Area
The opportunity to design a unique outlet is always welcome and exciting. Imagine a car workshop with a so called "canteen" to cater to its customers who bring in their cars but also to cater to the general public. In keeping in line with the business, we upgraded the existing F&B to look like this...
Not much to say, just that a picture say a thousand words... enjoy...
F&B Nasi Kandar Heritage Corner
A few months after the design of the clinic in Ara Damansara, our doctor Client, approached us to create a Design Concept for his father's F&B in Rawang.
The location was quite a distance from the heart of the city center of Kuala Lumpur. Rawang is an upcoming town soon to be a prime spot for up scale residential and commercial area.
The location is in the new township where the Jusco is currently situated surrounded by new commercial shoplots. The area is beautiful and leads into the prime residential area. I can imagine how this hub will service the surrounding residents and the potential for the area to be an oasis and frequent entertainment and recreational meeting place.
The location for the outlet faces exactly the mall shown above. As an F&B outlet, this location would be most suitable as it is in the centre of the other shops and faces the main road, making it impossible to miss. Now, it is up to the design of an appropriate concept that will get people to not only notice it, but to entice customers to come in with the promise of Malaysia's comfort food.
Here's the completed concept design proposal...
